I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer (after a painful miscarriage) in the year 2017 which later got metastasized to different organs.

  • I have been teaching free meditation to Cancer patients/ people with health concerns for almost a year. 

Meditation has played a huge role in my healing process. Whether you are a cancer patient or someone who is dealing with severe health concerns, meditation always comes to the rescue. Most of us struggle to start and build a routine. I will guide you through a step-by-step process to build a routine.

I write. I write about how I feel. Not yesterday, not last month, I write about how I feel right now. Most of the time, it's about my feelings. I always thought that I am different because I am over-emotional. And when it didn't feel right expressing them in the real world, writing about them felt okay. The pages did not judge me. And very slowly, they started giving me answers too.

The book is the compilation of those answers. Solutions that help me heal and find a way whenever I am confused. This book is not a self-help book per se though it might look like. It will try to remind you that you are important, and the world needs you.

I have used the phrase 'Life is a teacher' multiple times without really understanding it. It's only in the last couple of years I am trying to decode its meaning.

And the most important lessons are about knowing myself, my beliefs, and my patterns. In an effort to feel better, I have learned some incredible things and have tried sharing them with you all.
